Addressing A Major Philanthropic Gap
A major gap exists in the current philanthropic landscape, resulting in lower levels of giving where it is needed most. There is no current mechanism for gifts to be efficiently divided and distributed into communities on the front lines of our nation’s greatest challenges: hunger, housing, education, racial disparities, climate change effects and more.
To solve for the considerable sourcing and vetting challenge, Goodnation partners with and draws data from effective local funders - those on the front line. As current funders, they continually evaluate and monitor grantees, ensuring an evergreen source of up-to-date information and recommendations. We pair this with direct input from nonprofits and community partners to ensure funding goes where it is needed.
