About The Goodnation Foundation

Our Structure

Goodnation employs a structure termed a contract hybrid, consisting of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit called the Goodnation Foundation, a social enterprise called Goodnation Philanthropy Advisors, and a 501(c)(4) called Goodnation Action.

The three entities maintain independent boards of directors and agree to collaborate on a shared mission of attracting resources to tackle our country's and communities’ toughest challenges.

Goodnation Foundation directs all c3 donations according to the wishes of donors and in accordance with its mission, while Goodnation Action does the same for c4 donations.

Goodnation Philanthropy Advisors builds, staffs and supports the work in order to meet the needs of donors.
